Dickies Young Men's Flat-Front Short
The perfect school uniform short for your teenager or child who can't fit into traditional kid's sizes flat front features a flat-front design with a logo-free appearance and a zip fly with button closure. It includes two front slash pockets and two welted back pockets.
This item is made of a fabric blend comprising 65% Polyester and 35% Cotton, and it is machine washable for easy care.
When measuring for proper fit, please follow these guidelines:
WAIST: Measure the natural waist, but not over pants. Keep one finger between the tape and the body. Have your child stand tall with arms relaxed at the side. Using a soft vinyl measuring tape, measure around the smallest part of the waist. Have the child bend to the side, as this will be the natural waistline. The tape should not be too tight. If measurements fall in more than one size, order the larger size.
SEAT/HIPS: Stand with the heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSEAM: Measure from the base of the crotch to the top of the shoe. Have your child stand with legs slightly apart. Using a soft vinyl tape measure, measure from just below the crotch down to the floor. Subtract 1.5 inches from your measurement. Record the length in inches, as this is the child's inseam. You can also measure the inside seam of a pair of pants that fit well to find your child's inseam length. Place the pants on a level surface and measure the inside seam from the crotch to the hem.
